Requirements:
1, Minimum 3 years working experience at similar position in foreign manufacturing enterprises.
2, Preferably in Electricity, Mechanical, Engineering, new energy science ＆ technology etc.
3, Computer skills, CET-4, good communication skills.

General Job Deｓｃｒｉｐｔions
1. Release purchasing order for raw materials, follow up the schedule with supplier, to ensure right goods, propriate QTY, arrive on time.
2. Pull in or push out the raw materials POs according with project schedule adjustment, optimize the Inventory.
3. Dealing with the incoming NG issues, make sure qualified goods received to meet production demand, claim with supplier for compensation.
4. Supplier payment application.
5. Supplier performance management and risk control.
6. Ensure compliance of suppliers with us.
